Default Re: Theres a Chevy under all that paint

Hi all, I just got back from Baghdad 3 days ago and I can vouch for the Suburbans & Yukons except for one thing.... "we" are now driving them. I'm now in Kuwait awaiting my plane trip home in the next few weeks and wanted to check out this site again for the first time in a long while. I like that Surburban - would've liked it better on the convoy North than my Humvee that blew a transfer case seal in a town with 900 known resident Fedayeen soldiers. (*nerve-wracking*) Anyway, I love keeping up with what's going on in this forum and I have already seen many great threads tonight, as usual. There are no supercars in Iraq, and with the exception of one broken down Trans Am I saw on the highway here in Kuwait, no "real" cars to speak of here either. I miss the U.S. of A.! I need to get home so I can drive something "fast" and "not diesel"!

Take care guys!
