That is not exclusive to the Baltimore plant.It is a Data Processing Sequence number,and once it left the assembly line,it has no meaning at all.It was used during assembly to track,thats it.
It is in the same area as the option codes were listed for 1970 Oshawa Canadian built Chevelles,it shows the RPO Z25 or Z15 code to help document them as a Real SS car. For US built Chevelles,it is meaningless and can not be used as a reference of heritage documentation by itself ......as of yet.
A partial of it is also shown on the buildsheet in box 24.
