Default Re: Goodmark vs. GM body panels. How do they compare?

Darren, I am pretty sure you will be happy with good used fenders and doors etc. I bought 2 R/S fenders and 2 doors from the LA. area. They were very good rust free parts. A few dents, but that is ok. I would say that the sheetmetal on my 1969 is near perfect and is all original camaro sheet metal. Except the quarters.(older NOS) My opinion is rust free parts and hours of block sanding. I don't mind repro emblems, but sheetmetal, I am fussy about. I don't like kit cars. I like the sheet metal to be able to tell me a story about hanging on a 1969 camaro some where in its life. It really does fit better than repro and some newer NOS panels. Just my observations.
