According to GMPP...

3916164 - spring recommmended for L-88, ZL-1 or LS-7.

3946077 - 1.88" exhaust valve for cylinder head 6260482, 14011076, 14044862 and 14096801-02.

3849818 - 1.60" exhaust valve
