They modified cars mechanically and sold them as such to the public as standard practice.

Jack Douglass Chevrolet was not a "Tuner Car Dealer" They sold factory built,delivered Super cars as well as Yenkos obtained through Yenko Sports Cars Inc. and some direct ordered Yenkos, due to some interesting circumstances*
