I have asked 4 police officers,and my personal insurance agent,and 2 other insurance agents about the NICB.None of them have any knowledge of them or at least would not tell me anything.I know the NICB exists because I have been to there web site,I guess it just takes the right person to find out about them.One of the people I asked is an Auto Theft Detective.He said he had never heard of them,I told him to check out there website that he might could use them for information.He has never gotten back to me to let me know what he has found out.
