I'm not sure of the exact numbers, but I think there was approx. 600 in '68, 4,900 in '69 and 4,400 in '70. Not sure how many of these were 4speeds vs. a/t's. Disc brakes were required on SHP cars in '69 and '70. All were 12 bolts, but not necessarily posi's, although most were. Bench seats were standard, as were the steel wheels and dogcaps, the M20 was the standard 4speed trans with the M21 the optional - not sure if any M22's were made/documented.

Does the car have paperwork or the original engine with the application suffix stamped on it? Unlike the Camaros, the Novas do not contain engine specifics on the trim tag.

Definitely would have been better in Maroon!!
