ZL-1 Coil Springs
Hello to the board! I have a pair of "HQ" broadcast code ZL-1 front coil springs on my car and I was wondering if you guys could advise me what to do with them. They do not belong on the front of my car and I am replacing them next week. I used to have both spring tags but I only have one left. I have owned the car for about 23 years and both tags were there when I bought the car. Of course we know a lot more about these things today.
My question is, would these springs have been specified for any other application other than ZL-1? I figure an all aluminum BB high performance Camaro has some pretty unique requirements but hopefully someone here can add some insight. I have mixed feelings about selling them on ebay but that might be the way to go. Any thoughts?
