If a car was built on the last week of Dec of 66 it still would be a 1967 model year it has always been that way look at the 84 vette Gm just by past 83s built in 83 but it still is a 84 model
we will need the cars nunbers to see what it is I dont think he knows himself as far as being rare is pushing it
