I recieved a cool e-mail from Rob Clary the other day, Rob told me that he liked one of the photos that were featured in the photo gallery for Raceway Park's website
www.racewaypark.com . I thought that everyone would get a kick out of it. We have a racing class that runs on friday nights called "Jesel Valvetrain Top Street", the cars have to run mufflers and full interiors and have to be streetable. John Larue is a racer at the track that builds very well detailed cars, a few years ago he built this Nova and wanted it to make it something special, he said that he wanted his car to resemble one of the biggest terrors of all time the 1969 Yenko 427 Nova so here it is:
http://www.racewaypark.com/images/ga...JOHN-LARUE.jpg ,the car runs low 9 second runs on a quarter mile track. The car is NOT a real Yenko, but, none of us would want to cut up a real Yenko to make a race car. P.S.: John NEVER presents the Nova as a real Yenko!
