While researching other things for the Tech forum, I came across my copy of the Jan '69 issue of Rodder and Super/Stock magazine, which had both an road test of a '68 Phase III Motion Camaro, and an overview of building another '68 Phase III Motion car. The test car was black with a white stinger hood stripe that carried over the rest of the car. The conversion overview car was a lighter color, and kept the stock white SS nose/hockey stick stripe. The SS427 emblems are well featured on both cars, and are placed on either side of the Stinger scoop, plus a single one centered underneath the "Camaro by Chevrolet" emblem on the decklid. And they do match the one pictured above.
