I, too, was "sitting on the fence". After being "burned" more than once by the "Club", I waswatching the new organization. 4 guys
who sounded like true enthusiasts not expecting a comfortable livelihood but purely interested in Camaros and this thing might have a chance. I see now it's part of another organization, owned by the former management's family. A return to the past?
I attended several of the former club's conventions both as a spectator and participant. I always felt the promoters were always more interested in making a buck than in the cars and people. The judging had no continuous guidelines and was a "sort of" concours with no attention paid to what should be correct. Sorry, but that's my take.
