More history on the car. Mike S. in Canada (I met him at MCACN) got back to me with these photos pulled from a youtube video taken at the Klassix Auto Museum in Daytona Beach, Florida, sometime before the place closed in April 2003.

The museum was co-owned by the car's second owner, Peter Janda, and was located at 2909 W. International Speedway Blvd. near Daytona International Speedway. The museum had every model year Corvette ever made as well as muscle cars, race cars, and motorcycles.

I am happy to receive this additional information about the car's downtime as it further helps to validate the current odometer reading of just over 21,600 miles - apparently only about 600 miles since 1973 - and helps explain the original drivetrain, rust free body, and the nearly damage free original interior.

I also received an update on the Legends Concourse Judging score. Shortly after MCACN, I reported that the car received a score of 99.8%. Turns out, it actually scored 99.9%. i will take the 1/10%!

My tentative plans are to take the car to the Camaro Nationals in Morgantown, PA in July 2026.

Thanks again to everyone who helped me!
