all the threads are good -- front driver side carb. mount looks to have a heli-coil
the pipe fitting hole on the drivers side of the thermostat housing has a hair line crack which has been epoxied on the inside -- should hold good as long as you dont over torque the fitting --- if you look at the manifold mounting holes you can see this intake has not been off and on motors as the holes very clean
