Bruce has a tutorial on how to use the "Manage Attachments" in the "Additional Options" section at the bottom of the page when you are posting.
Basically, you click that button and it opens your photos. You then chose which folder, scroll to the pic you want to post and click that to open it in the up loader. Click upload and it will appear in your post when you click preview, it doesn't just appear in the post as you are loading them. Pretty sure there is a "test" thread near the bottom of the home page to play with this in.
