From that pic, all you can say with certainty (without more info) is manufactured before 2000.

Before 2000, they assumed non of us morons would use a tire for more than 10 years, so the code only states the week and year of the decade. Could be 60s 70s, 80s or 90s. Certain models of tires were only available during certain decades, then discontinued. So, investigating that may help.



Do they have DOT on them anywhere?

Not sure when the DOT started, but I believe 1970 or 71.
