In Dick Harrell’s invoices to Don Yenko, they had a heading of “Harrell and Sanders Automotive.”
In the early going of the 409-427 era researching of the ties between Harrell & Sanders, both of these men were highly competitive in the Southwest region being present in the winners circle as drag racers of the 409-Z-11 competition era.
Frank Sanders was creator and owner of S&S headers. He was the person who is credited for campaigning a Z-11 first to top the 120 mph plateau.
