Default Too many are passing

There's been a lot of great musical artists from the '60's and '70's passing in the last few years. So like many who grew up in that era it's got me thinking of the concerts I attended. My two great passions were cars and music. Here in Ottawa was the Capitol Theater,an old movie theater built in the 1920's.It sat around 1800 people and a lot of musical acts performed there back in the day.For around 6-7 bucks you got an up close seat to some great shows! I was fortunate enough to see Jimi Hendrix,The Who,Cream,Wilson Pickett,The Turtles,Tommy James and the Shondells,The Hollies,Ravi Shankar. We also had the Civic Center where I saw Sly and the Family Stone,The Boss,Billy Joel,Tom Petty,Bob Dylan,Dire Straits,George Thorogood,Huey Lewis,Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels. And one of my favs Stevie Ray Vaughan.Who have you seen?! To see the set lists of concerts you have been to check out www.setlist.fm
