This past Sunday morning (like 2am) I finally got home from the Bloomington Gold Judging event. I took the 67 down there, as I had submitted it for consideration of Bloomington Gold's Benchmark Award (a combination of Certification and Survivor judging). That proved to be a successful endeavor

The show was moved to World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, IL. A much larger facility, which allowed for track time if one chose to participate. That was a real hit for the late model Corvette's. I always look forward to this event (much like MCACN) as I have the opportunity to catch up with friends.
You could say I am pleased with the outcome, as the car received it's Benchmark Award (Gold Certified and Survivor Gold). This morning, I'll change back over to my driver wheels and tires, and press the car back into duty. This car has proven to be one of my favorite driving cars. I've really missed it this year so far.
