Default GM Bulletin or Letter RE: I for 1
Did I dream this? I believe I saw a bulletin or maybe just a letter to dealers indicating that GM would use the I interchangeably with the 1 for engine assembly date stamps.

Found plenty of references on line, but would like to see a copy of that bulletin or letter.

Any help appreciated.
