Thanks Rick and Jason. I appreciate the feedback. My friend reached out to Chris White a couple of days ago but has not yet heard back. If this belongs to a car that is still around it would be nice to see about reuniting the two, but I'm not sure that's possible. I have asked for better focused pics of the VIN stamps.
