Mopar guy here. If the build sheet can be found under or in the back of the rear seat and is legible then it’s not a huge deal as a reproduction can be made to exactly what the car was originally.
However if the build sheet is missing or destroyed things become much harder. MMC Detroit will make you a trim tag, however it will be a base model 383 Roadrunner trim tag with 0 options since nothing can now be proven.
It affects the value to the degree you allow it to. Without any proof of options it hurts value more than if the build sheet is there.
