i have never seen this style - however never really looked either
mine has just one roller on each side - the ones shown has the 2 little ones on each side.
maybe they are easier to load, but either way u need to pump the arm with your foot to elevate the tire. Sorry cannot comment on the ease of use with this style. I also got the go jack storage rack, helps keep them off the floor and easy to move around.
quick search - walmart has the style i have purchased.....
