Here are some pics.
I glass beaded a small section to view the factory stamping where both metal overlap / meet (Last picture).
The bracket assembly is in good condition and will need to be restored / detailed. The bracket still retained the original black plastic caps that are always missing. The 3/8 head markings are "D". Missing one of the Phillips screw.
