If it were my car I definitely wouldn't and if I were buying it I would want it the way it is.What's done is done. It's like a broken bone, It's never the same. Factory paint is the way to go. By the time you sand the stripes and prime you'll be painting the hole panel. Then if the black is too blue or too brown you'll end up blending the tops of the fenders and quarters. Then you'll end up with blends on the tops of the quarters by the window always needing to be buffed from the blend appearing after time. Once you start you can't go back. Just my experience from painting cars for almost 50 years.
