January 1969 YH Rally Wheel K-1-9 1-28 early 69 date

Hard to find date here!
First photo is of before I stripped the paint by the valve stem hole - very top of the "2" is light and most of the top half of the "8" is very light, but this is a known issue on this date / wheel stamps by the curve of the lip.
There's a slight wow shown from several angles (all those photos are of the same one bump) that any competent wheel shop should be able to work out easily and the lug holes are nice as is the bead area.
Typical 50 year old CA rim not all rusted & wallowed out and ready for correct restoration. Couple dings in the derby hat cap mounting area - nothing fatal IMHO. It could be sympathetically cleaned up for a survivor / driver maybe.
