The most expensive wristwatch ever auctioned is this bespoke Patek Philippe watch, which went under the hammer for an enormous $31 million in November 2019 at a charity auction in Geneva. Completely one of a kind, the Grandmaster Chime watch has a black dial and a rose gold dial which can be flipped.
