I talked to a HP officer that said the exit of I15 where I exit the average speed coming down is 80 to 90 mph. He said they could give 100's of tickets a hour there. Aggressive driving here is now the norm.

Aggressive driving being the norm is the whole country, not just Utah. If the cops could issue a 100 tickets an hour at one location, why the hell don't they ?? NO enforcement is the cause of the insane driving behavior. Why abide by the laws when there is no consequence ?
