Default 1969 Cadillac PS power steering pump housing?

Hi Gang,

I have this pump housing / reservoir here - it looks like a 1969 69 Camaro Nova or Chevelle low pressure line nipple / inlet tube end except it's facing forward rather than to the back. May be off a Cadillac? Not sure.

I would think this could be pretty simply modified to look like a correct Camaro housing. In one photo you can see a crack by the rear bottom bolt hole - will need soldered or brazed; it very lightly leaks, so needs repair, I had this on my truck (454) and it would leak out over a week. While you're doing that fix, reorient the tube. Tower is noticeable taller IMHO.

$60 PPFF shipped to the US if someone thinks they can use / repair / modify it. The nipple is worth that - take it and put it on a shorter tower can, make your own factory stock appearing reservoir...

Cheers all,
Anthony
