I was thinking something along the same order. How many hundreds of millions were spent to make a building that doesn't look completed ?
A lot of the pics of designs by Frank Gehry are bizarre too.
The residential stepped pyramid is actually, kind of cool looking, but seems to have a lot of wasted space and small rooms too. I'd like to see the inside, it may be cool ??
