If you're up to it,in general,it's really not that difficult to restore them yourself at home.
You can wash the belts in the dishwasher,dye them in a bucket,take apart,clean & rebuild the metal/plastic buckles & re-paint them too.Removing the retractor springs isn't that difficult.You can even have the chrome plating stripped off the Male ends & re-plated by your local plater.My local Tailor re-stitched them back on.
Finding the original belt webbing material is probably going to be the most difficult part of all,so try to keep the originals as much as possible.
