There must be a story behind this one - still not too far gone, and I'm sure someone could make a neat street car out of it with some effort. I do wonder, though, what's under those fender flares. I owned a '70 SS396 Chevelle that came out of the same area, and it had similar flares that were mostly lead...I have to wonder if the same body guy did this car.
