That is good advice. The owner was successful enough that some Thunder Valley weekly programs listed his racing at future events along with visiting national racers. I have programs with several track records to his credit. The owner switched to dirt track in '69 and sold the car. The next owner didn't do as well, but made the top 10 one year. The car went into storage and stayed there since the end of the '71 season. Never licensed and has 3,600 original miles. It's still as nice as it was in the '67 & 8 photos. I've known the car since '72. The original owner is alive and well and was one hell of a racer. He seemed to win everything in sight, is in the state racers hall of fame, has a race named for him. There is a facebook page dedicated to his accomplishments, and it's run by fans. So, he must have done alright. Anyway, he says he rarely lost with the Camaro, so I suspect if this guy was winning that much, I'm hoping there is a mention or 2. If I find a little something I'm happy. I'd like to document the car's success as well as I can.
