And using wooden craft sticks no less.

Kraig and I laughed yesterday as he told me he was reading an old factory encyclopedia that referred to the use of "a wooden craft stick" to spread the urethane around the glass. He used to have a bunch of fancy plastic spreading tools and tried using a craft stick (actually a wooden popsicle stick) to spread the urethane to the edge of the glass. It worked great and he's been using them ever since he read the article on factory glass installation. One of those little things...
