New Years Dinners...
Just curious what you SYC gourmets are planning to cook for the new year...
New Years Eve we are having herb encrusted veal chops, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans, popovers and a fine red from the Feldman cellar. Of course soup course will be our New Year's Eve staple...potato leek...along with a nice shrimp cocktail. Still working on dessert 
New Years Day....Bombay Sapphire Martini...lobster mac and cheese and 3 Advil...
