Backyard Buddy Lift
I like to point out good service when I receive it as it may be helpful to others. I have a Backyard Buddy that is at least 10 years old and possibly closer to 15. The lift needed an adjustment that I did not know how to make. Called Backyard Buddy asked for help, was put right through to the correct person. The person that I spoke with then walked me through what had to be done. A USA built product with USA based support is the way to go.
