Hi sYc Friends, I have a pair of original Cal-Custom BBC 396 / 454 /427 aluminum valve covers here fresh from the barn / shed. They are dirty, but very, very nice and will clean up very nicely with minimal effort IMHO. I left them as found so you see what you're getting and can decide to clean or use as-is for that patina'd look.

There's a little black paint overspray on the underside but the dirt and grease is mostly from sitting in the rafters for decades; they are not hacked up or ground on or modified that I can see - they were used very little by the looks of things. Any marks in the photos are the grime wiped off from me moving them.

Cal-Custom Carson, Calif. No. 4701-4028 with drippers. These look NOS from the inside...
