Wrong tires. Those (E70x15 Large RWL) were only used for the first approx. 1/3 of the 1969 production. Afterwards, the spindles were replaced with the HD Boss 302 spindles and F60x15 RWL Polyglas GT tires were then used. Seeing as how this is a "1970" it should have the larger tires.
