Yes. You could easily spend all day (or a week) just going in and out of a driveway.

Or - the "city course". Was a small series of tight twists and turns laid out on an asphalt pad. You would negotiate these tight turns lock-to-lock at a crawl. All day, every day, until the test cycle was complete.

I think you would have liked "rock cycles"*. You've probably done a few and not known that's what they were!

*Rock Cycles = smash the accelerator to the floor. Put vehicle in drive, then reverse, drive, reverse for a predetermined number of hits.
