No, they are not. '68 302 emblems p/n 3927481 LH 3927482 RH. They are contoured to fit each fender. The '69 hood 302 was p/n 3961496 for both sides. It is flat and would not mount on a fender.
Used to sell these at swap meets. GM list on the '68 fender emblems was $12; the virtually identical '69 302 emblem listed for $18. Guys thought we trying rip them off.
