The only Ford HiPo 289s to have a Holley carb (715 CFM) were the 1965 - 1967 GT350s equipped with a 4 speed. All 1963 - 1967 HiPo 289s including the 1966 and 1967 GT350s built with an automatic got the Ford Autolite 4100 series carb (460 CFM)
