1969 Steam Powered GM Experimentals
Maybe Keith can provide some backstory on why GM was experimenting with steam power. What you are looking at is a 1969 Chevelle 4dr and a 1969 Grand Prix . . . both steam powered. The front "license plates" are the shop codes.
