This is a super cool piece that looks to be NOS and would be an awesome complement to an in-vehicle emergency kit. It appears to be an old GE aircraft style lamp element encased in a rubber enclosure with a red metallic grip - just plug it into the cigarette lighter and you have a pretty overwhelming amount of light available to help diagnose broken stuff. Looking for $40 - pics below.
