US address..paypal only..no other options available...complete 24 hrs after confirmation..or i move on

Used..needs a replate for sure..maybe a rat rod as it is...moves thru the gates..but will really need a replate..it was wrapped in shag carpet, and it hurt the chrome..ive had it for 25+ years...so its a vintage shifter..
