Here are some pictures of the new Advanced Clutch Technology (ATC) clutch kit. This pressure plate seems heavier than the McLeod and Hays. Maybe because it’s SFI rated where the other two weren’t.....at least I know the Hays wasn’t. The fingers are bent different too......? The organic disc appears solid also.....well built.
I finished installing it yesterday evening. I came home from work today and fired it up.....rowed through the gears a little while the car was still on jack stands. Everything seemed normal but the true test will be when I get it back on the road.
On a side note, the foot pressure is a little heavier than the Hays Street/Strip I had in the car previously......but not much more.
