Used..ruff holley...the truth is the only thing I see that's really good is the air horn..the base is broken..the inlet is gooped up because the well plug thingy prob leaked..its missing a few piece..but seems to be coded right for a production carb...see pics..i'm not kidding its ruff..but the air horn looks really good to me..
what I found onlune..do your own research....3868864 Holley Carb List 3140-1 used on Chevelle Corvette and Impala applications with 396 325hp and 427 390hp.This carb has a date of 585...So it looks like 1965 August 5th week or a very early 1966 application.
