Looks to me like the heads (appear to be cast iron?) and exhaust manifolds are painted - did the aluminum heads on an L88 get painted?
Road draft tube on drivers side valve cover?
Spark plug wires and shielding are for a car with a radio.
Non L88 air cleaner
