69 YA 12 28 8 wheel
I have a single YA code dated 12 28 8. it is original paint. rolls good and straight. one of the lug holes looks to be just a little bit out of round (see pic). maybe they torqued the lug a little too tight. I put a lug nut in it and it fits ok.
