Cave of the Crystals, Mexico
The Cueva de los Cristales is home to some of the largest natural crystals in the world. This sparkly site is not without its risks, though. Since the temperature inside the cave can reach 58 degrees Celsius (136 degrees Fahrenheit), visitors can’t stay for longer than 10 minutes. Plus, the smallest crystals are as sharp as razors, so you have to walk very, very carefully.
