My opinion is as follows:
If the owner of a car in the registry provides us with a copy of an inspection report we will make it public with the owners authorization. If they don't want it public it will be noted that one exist along with inspectors name.
Making information available that is second and third hand is not valid. In addition it exposes the site/registry to litigation. Biased opinions and hearsay can lead us down a slippery slope. If you are interested in any car it's always recommended to have it inspected, along with researching who restored and ownership history.
